You cannot beat Egg, Chips and beans paricularly if the chips are 'home made'
That sort of summed up my day. My favourite meal with friends who I don't see often enough and miss a great deal.
The moon is nearly full and the temperature is just above freezing. I love clear days and cold nights.

Home made chips are the best. I used to be too wary of chip pans, but now I know it's worth it. And they're extra good when it's cold and crisp outside. Good, strong food makes helps us geet through winter.
when I was first at university I ate egg, beans and chips every lunchtime for two whole terms - after which I couldn't face it for several years - but I love it again now - it is a wholly satisfying meal ... T x
